Getting Started — How to Use This App

Understand the four core features in three minutes, from checking the market to picking stocks.

Check the weather before you order

Investing is like coffee — first check whether the weather is right for going out. The suggested order is:

Step 1: Market Barometer

Confirm whether the broad market is bullish or bearish. This page reads the technical picture using margin balance and moving averages, and adds the half-year, one-year and two-year MA levels as a "crisis entry" reference. When the market environment is poor, even strong stocks get dragged down.

Step 2: Watchlist Strategy

Screen stocks using moving-average conditions. A few practical combinations:

Step 3: Pullback Buy Points

Saw a strong stock that has already run and are afraid to chase? This page finds stocks whose close has pulled back to within ±3% of a moving average — in other words, names consolidating after a run, so you are not buying at the very top.

Step 4: Annualized Return Calculator

Enter two numbers each month and you get your true return. It uses Time-Weighted Return (TWR), so mid-year contributions or withdrawals will not distort the figure.

Details that are easy to miss

Finally

This tool exists to organize data and narrow the field, so you spend your time thinking rather than copying numbers. No screening result constitutes investment advice — judge for yourself based on your own experience and risk tolerance.
